We believe every pet deserves a nutritious and well balanced diet, regular exercise, routine vet check ups, companionship and affectionate care. We are devoted to providing the right level of care for every pet and recognise all needs are different. From young and energetic to old with special needs, your pet can count on us to give them the very best of care.

We believe your pet’s emotional wellbeing is just as important as their physical wellbeing. Everything we do is geared towards enhancing their emotional happiness as we understand the link between poor emotional health and poor physical health. FEEDBACK
It’s not always easy living up to people’s expectations, but one way of ensuring that we do is simply to ask, “Did we get it right?” We love to know what you think which is why we regularly leave feedback cards at the end of service and have them freely available when a customer wants to tell us something.

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
First of all we hope you never have any need to complain. But if you do, we want you to know we’ll do whatever it takes to a) make sure we solve the problem and b) restore your faith in us. We understand we are all human and as such there is a risk we may not get it 100% right, 100% of the time. Simply tell us what isn’t quite right and with no questions asked, we’ll offer you a full refund.
