We visit your home to walk your dog and give them an exercise break during the day. Walks may be scheduled to take place daily or just a few days week, often once or twice a day depending on your work schedule and the needs of your dog. |

We are able to visit your pet at home if you go away on a trip, such as a holiday or business trip. During this time, we will make scheduled visits to your home to look after and fulfil your pet’s needs. |
How long is a Pet Minding Visit?
Each pet minding visit usually last about 30 minutes, but our main priority is to give your pet the care and attention they need and not to clock watch! Homes with multiple pets will often require longer visits than homes with only one animal. |
How many times a day should my Pet Minder visit when I am away?
The frequency of visits is something we can discuss when we meet for the initial consultation to determine your pets needs and your wishes. |
Do I meet the Pet Minder before service?
Yes, we always carry out an initial consultation for new customers, before your first service can be provided. This consultation gives us a chance to meet you and your pet and to learn about your pets needs. It also allows us to fill out paperwork, take notes about your home and required tasks, and collect keys from you. Most importantly, it gives you and your pet a chance to see if you like us! Please be sure to call far enough in advance to schedule your consultation before you require a service. |
I need to book a service at short notice – is this possible?

My neighbours and friends can look after my pet for free, why should I pay to use a professional Pet Minder?
The benefit of using our professional pet care service is that we are experienced in looking after other people’s pets and recognise the importance of carrying out your exact instructions.
We are insured, responsible and reliable and have an obligation to provide you and your pet with the highest standard of service. When you ask a neighbour, friend or family member to take care of your pet, it can be a burden to both you and them.
